The event organizers should also host a Time Attack in conjunction with the F1 competition like an opening band for The Beatles. This is not a entirely unique concept. In 2008 the Long Beach Indy Grand Prix hosted a Time Attack in the streets of the great California city. There are many people who would jump at this once in a lifetime opportunity to run a city circuit with a NYC skyline back drop.
